Q: Are the cookies vegetarian?
A: Yes. The ingredients are butter, brown sugar, wheat flour, rice flour, flavoring and spices. No meat products and no eggs.
Q: Are the cookies nut-free?
A: OM Cookies is very conscious of allergies and food sensitivities. We offer many flavors that are nut-free and we take reasonable steps to reduce cross-contamination of ingredients. We do work in a kitchen that utilizes nuts. If you have any questions about the process, ingredients, or creating a cookie that only contains certain ingredients, please contact us.
Q: Do you have vegan, dairy-free, gluten free, or organic cookies?
A: Due to requests from customers, OM Cookies has successfully delivered vegan, dairy-free, and gluten free cookies. If you have any question about creating a cookie tailored to our needs, please contact us.
Q: How big are the cookies? How many should I order for my event?
A: OM Cookies are 2” round. They weigh approximately 20g each. Based on our experience, OM Cookies suggests two cookies per person.
Q: How many calories are in a cookie?
A: A good estimate is 100 calories / cookie.
Q: Can I create a custom stamp for an event?
A: Yes! We can design a custom stamp and flavor. Once the design is set, a local potter will create the stamp. This process requires a few weeks but is well worth it for a large event or a reoccurring order.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes. The minimum order is 6 dozen.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, within a certain radius of Boston.
Q: Do you create cookies for dogs?
A: While OM Cookies loves dogs, at this time, we do not produce dog biscuits/cookies. Pooches are always welcome to eat one of the cookies produced for humans.
Q: Can you mail the cookies anywhere in the United States?
A: Unfortunately, at this time, we can only sell cookies in Massachusetts. Once we move to a commercial kitchen, we will be able to send the cookies anywhere in the United States.
Q; I want to buy the cookies and take them abroad? Are there any issues with this?
A: What you do with the cookies it totally up to you. There should be no issues taking the cookies abroad.
